Samsung Galaxy A56, A36, and A26 5G Smartphones Launched with Impressive Features

Samsung Electronics has unveiled the latest additions to its Galaxy A series, introducing the Galaxy A56 5G, Galaxy A36 5G, and Galaxy A26 5G smartphones. These devices integrate Awesome Intelligence, a comprehensive mobile AI that brings powerful, fun, and easy-to-use AI tools to users. The new Galaxy A series marks an important step in Samsung's mission of AI for all, by opening Galaxy's incredible mobile AI experiences to even more people around the world.

The Galaxy A series features a range of innovative camera capabilities, including a powerful triple-camera system with a 50MP main lens, 10-bit HDR front lens recording, and enhanced nightography with Low Noise Mode. The Galaxy A56 5G also features a 12MP ultra-wide lens and a 5MP macro lens, while the Galaxy A36 5G and Galaxy A26 5G have an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 5MP or 2MP macro sensor, respectively. Additionally, the Galaxy A56 5G features Best Face, a feature that makes it easier to capture the perfect group shot by selecting and combining the best expressions or features for up to five people from a motion photo.

The new Galaxy A series also prioritizes security and privacy, with the integration of One UI 7, which provides an extra layer of device safety, transparency, and user choice. The devices also feature IP67 dust and water resistance rating, with the Galaxy A56 5G and Galaxy A36 5G having a metal frame and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection. The Galaxy A56 5G, Galaxy A36 5G, and Galaxy A26 5G will receive up to six generations of Android OS and One UI upgrades, as well as six years of security updates.

In terms of display and performance, the Galaxy A56 5G, Galaxy A36 5G, and Galaxy A26 5G feature a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of up to 1200 nits. The Galaxy A56 5G is powered by an Exynos 1580 processor, while the Galaxy A36 5G features a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 Mobile Platform, and the Galaxy A26 5G is driven by an Exynos 1380 processor. The devices also support fast charging, with the Galaxy A56 5G and Galaxy A36 5G featuring 45W charging power and Super Fast Charge 2.0 technology, and the Galaxy A26 5G supporting 25W fast charging.

The Galaxy A56 5G, Galaxy A36 5G, and Galaxy A26 5G are available in a range of colors, including Awesome Lightgray, Awesome Graphite, Awesome Olive, and Awesome Pink for the Galaxy A56 5G, and Awesome Lavender, Awesome Black, Awesome White, and Awesome Lime for the Galaxy A36 5G. The Galaxy A26 5G is available in Black, White, Mint, and Peach Pink. The devices will roll out globally starting this March, with the Galaxy A56 5G available later this year in the US.
