The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the release of the UGC NET December 2024 results and final answer keys on its official website — ugcnet.nta.ac.in. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check their results and download their scorecards using their application number, date of birth, and captcha code. The UGC NET December 2024 result will be compiled on the basis of the final answer key released, and there will be no re-evaluation or re-checking of the result.
According to the UGC NET December 2024 marking scheme, each question carried two marks, and no negative marks would be cut for incorrect responses. The provisional answer keys of UGC NET were released on January 31, and the objection window to challenge them was open until February 3, 2025.
The UGC NET is held twice a year, in June and December, for the appointment of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), Assistant Professorship, and admissions to PhD programmes.
