The K-pop supergroup Blackpink has announced its highly anticipated 2025 world tour dates, revealing a limited run of shows across North America, Europe, and the UK. The tour will kick off with two homeland shows at Goyang Stadium in Seoul, South Korea, on July 5 and 6, followed by stops in Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, New York City, Paris, Barcelona, and more. The tour will end on August 15 with a show at London's famed Wembley Stadium, marking the first time a K-pop girl group has ever headlined the venue. The group's Instagram post announcing the tour dates also revealed that 2026 shows are coming to the Tokyo Dome in mid-January.

Tickets for the shows will go on sale on February 27 via Live Nation, with on-sale start times varying by market. The 2025 world tour will be the first time Blackpink has gone on the road as a group since the Born Pink World Tour, which ran from 2022 to 2023 and landed the K-pop group on Billboard's 2023 Top Tours chart, having sold 703,000 tickets over 29 shows during the period of eligibility. The trek grossed $148.3 million, making it one of the most successful tours of the year. Over the past year, the group's members, JENNIE, ROSÉ, JISOO, and LISA, have taken a break from group duties to focus on their own solo projects, with LISA's solo effort, Alter Ego, arriving at the end of February, and JENNIE's Ruby arriving a week later in March.

The group's solo projects have been highly anticipated, with ROSÉ's solo album, rosie, arriving in early December and featuring her Billboard Hot 100 No. 3 hit "APT." alongside Bruno Mars. JISOO also dropped her mini solo album, AMORTAGE, on Valentine's Day, and JENNIE is dropping a collab track with Doechii titled "ExtraL" in February. With the group's members pursuing their individual passions, the 2025 world tour is expected to be a highly anticipated event, with fans eager to see the group perform together again. The tour's limited run of shows is expected to sell out quickly, making it a must-see event for fans of the group.

For fans looking to purchase tickets, it's essential to be prepared, as the ticket-buying process can be competitive. Fans can save themselves time and stress by adding their most up-to-date payment information ahead of time and checking out the venue's seating chart beforehand. Certain sites may only allow the purchase of three tickets at once, so fans looking to buy tickets for a larger group should plan ahead. Additionally, fans can check out resale options on other retailers, such as Ticketmaster, Stubhub, Seatgeek, and Vivid Seats, if they're unable to secure tickets during the initial sale.
