The Pakistan Super League (PSL) is set to embark on its 10th edition, with the tournament scheduled to kick off on April 11 in Rawalpindi. The defending champions, Islamabad United, will face off against Lahore Qalandars in the tournament opener. The 2025 edition of the PSL will feature 34 matches played across four cities, including Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, and Multan, and will run until May 18, with the final set to take place at Lahore's Gaddafi Stadium.

Rawalpindi will host 11 matches, including the tournament opener and Qualifier 1 on May 13, while Lahore will host 13 matches, including the two Eliminators and the final. Karachi and Multan will each host five matches, with three double-headers scheduled throughout the season. The Karachi Kings, winners of PSL 5, will begin their campaign on April 12, playing at home against Multan Sultans, last year's runners-up. Meanwhile, Multan Sultans will play their first home match on April 22, taking on Lahore Qalandars, and Lahore's first home game is set for April 24, where they will face Peshawar Zalmi.

The PSL Chief Executive Officer, Salman Naseer, expressed excitement over the milestone 10th edition of the league, stating that the tournament has grown into a globally recognized event, showcasing the best of Pakistan's cricketing talent. The fans can expect to see high-profile international cricketers in action, as well as 34 high-octane matches across the four major cities. As part of the league's commitment to expanding its reach, an exhibition match will be hosted in Peshawar before the start of the tournament, bringing top-tier cricket to the city.

  • April 12: Karachi Kings vs Multan Sultans (Karachi)
  • April 13: Peshawar Zalmi vs Quetta Gladiators (Rawalpindi)
  • April 14: Islamabad United vs Karachi Kings (Rawalpindi)
  • April 15: Lahore Qalandars vs Multan Sultans (Lahore)
The tournament will feature a total of 34 matches, with the final taking place on May 18 at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
