The measles outbreak in West Texas continues to grow, with 49 confirmed cases reported as of Friday. The majority of cases are in school-age kids, and all patients are unvaccinated against measles. The outbreak is centered in Gaines County, which has one of the highest vaccine exemption rates in the state.
