The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced the ICSI CS Result 2024 for the Professional and Executive Programme exams, which were conducted from December 21 to 30, 2024. Candidates who took the exams can check their results on the official website at icsi.edu. The toppers list has also been announced by the institute, with Khushboo Kunwar topping the executive programme exam (new syllabus) and Yashee Dharam Mehta securing rank 1 in the professional programme exam (new syllabus) December 2024.

The ICSI CS Professional and Executive exams are part of the Company Secretary (CS) course conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). This course is designed for individuals who want to become Company Secretaries, professionals responsible for corporate governance, compliance, and legal matters in a company. The CS Executive Exam is the second level of the CS course, after clearing the CS Foundation (CSEET), and has eight papers divided into two modules, covering subjects like Company Law, Tax Laws, Securities Laws, and Corporate Accounting. The CS Professional Exam is the final level of the CS course, after passing the CS Executive exam, and consists of nine papers divided into three modules, focusing on advanced topics like Strategic Management.

Step 3: Upon clicking, candidates will be redirected to a new page. Step 4: Key in the asked credentials in the designated space and click on submit. Step 5: Once done, the ICSI CS result will be displayed on the screen. The institute has also announced the schedule for the June 2025 session, with the exams to be held from June 1 to 10, 2025, in a single shift from 9 am to 12:15 pm.

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has released the Company Secretary (CS) Executive and Professional exam schedule for the June 2025 session. According to the official notice, the exams will be held from June 1 to 10, 2025. It will be conducted in a single shift from 9 AM to 12:15 PM. Students will get 15 minutes to read the question paper, from 9 AM to 9:15 AM.
