Big Boost for Kalki 2898 AD as it enters into second weekend

Kalki 2898 AD is BUZZING all over the world and having a dream run at the box office. Its first week net collections alone from India stood at ₹ 414.85 Cr out of which ₹ 212.25 Cr from Telugu circuits and ₹ 162.5 Cr from Hindi Circuits. The first-weekday performance from Monday to Thursday was rock-solid, hitting double digits every day see the net collections in India.

2. Tuesday - ₹ 27.05 Cr
3. Wednesday - ₹ 22.25 Cr
4. Thrusday - ₹ 22.4 Cr

There is no major release this week which is a big boost for Kalki and expected to earn big before Indian 2 Releases. Although the ticket prices in AP & TS have come down to normal pricing after the big hicking done by the respective governing following the release of the most expensive film. Many people will go to watch the film as the prices dropped in the Telugu states and box office numbers are strong on the 2nd Friday

As it steps into Week 2, Kalki 2898 AD is expected to bring big numbers on the second weekend, breaching ₹ 200 cr mark in Weekend 2 and emerging as the highest-grossing Hindi film of 2024, surpassing the lifetime box office Collections of Fighter.

Although mass pockets slowed down from Tue onwards, the energetic footfalls at major centers compensated for the shortfall. Over the long run, this film will cross the ₹ 1000 Cr Mark easily. It's breaking all records everywhere it earned over 14.5 Million Dollars in North America Alone in the first 9 Days and going strong. It also crossed the ₹ 800 Cr Mark in 9 days standing behind RRR at ₹ 820 Cr and ahead of KGF2 ₹ 765 Cr, Jawan - ₹ 720 Cr, Animal - ₹ 660 Cr, and Salaar - ₹ 578 Cr.

Produced by Vyjayanthi Movies, the sci-fi epic stars Prabhas in the lead role alongside Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani in pivotal roles.
