The February 7, 2025, edition of WWE SmackDown marked the first Blue brand show after the Royal Rumble 2025 premium live event. The show featured both Royal Rumble winners, Jey Uso and Charlotte Flair, as they considered their options for WrestleMania 41 opponents. Additionally, several Elimination Chamber qualifying matches took place to determine the participants for the upcoming event.

Jey Uso, the Men's Royal Rumble winner, made his entrance through the crowd and was met with a huge reception. He spoke about his options for WrestleMania, considering a match against his friend and Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes or standing alongside him as champions. Rhodes welcomed either decision and suggested they celebrate together if they were to become rivals.

The Bloodline's Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga interrupted the conversation, leading to a brawl between the two teams. The match was later made official, with Jey Uso and Cody Rhodes facing Fatu and Tonga in the main event.

In the women's division, Bianca Belair and Piper Niven competed in an Elimination Chamber qualifying match. Belair won the match with a KOD, joining Liv Morgan in the Chamber match. Alexa Bliss also returned to singles action, defeating Candice LeRae with a Square Hammer DDT to qualify for the women's Elimination Chamber match.

Drew McIntyre, now a member of the SmackDown roster, competed in a triple threat match against Jimmy Uso and LA Knight to qualify for the men's Elimination Chamber match. McIntyre won the match with a Claymore, joining John Cena, CM Punk, and other participants in the Chamber match.

The main event saw Jey Uso and Cody Rhodes defeat Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga. After the match, a hooded figure laid out Rhodes, revealing himself to be Solo Sikoa, who made his first appearance since losing Tribal Combat to Roman Reigns on January 6.

Other matches on the show included Carmelo Hayes defeating Akira Tozawa with Nothing But Net and Pretty Deadly earning a future tag title match by defeating DIY in a non-title match.

The show also featured several promos and segments, including a confrontation between Charlotte Flair and Tiffany Stratton, as well as an interview with Damian Priest, who discussed his plans for the Elimination Chamber match.

Overall, the episode of SmackDown set the stage for the upcoming Elimination Chamber event and WrestleMania 41, with several key matches and storylines developing throughout the night.
